JAPC produces high-quality vanilla (Vanilla planifolia) through ethical and organic cultivation practices in Sri Lanka’s tropical highlands. Our vanilla beans are hand-pollinated and traditionally sun-cured for over four months to develop a deep, rich fragrance and dark brown sheen. With full traceability from vine to pack, our vanilla is ideal for gourmet, cosmetic, and nutraceutical brands that value purity and transparency.

Vanilla Beans

Hand-pollinated and sun-cured under traditional methods for 4–6 months, our organic vanilla beans offer deep aroma, rich oil content, and full traceability.

Grade A: Length ≥14 cm, 25–35% moisture, high vanillin
Grade B: Shorter, drier beans for extract or cuts
Free from splits, mold, or artificial treatment

Vanilla Powder

Made from whole cured vanilla pods, our powder is 100% pure with no sugar or fillers — ideal for clean-label flavour systems and wellness blends.

Vanilla Tea Bag Cuts

Grading Standards

Grade	Description
Grade A (Gourmet)	Plump, moist pods (≥14 cm), soft and flexible, high vanillin
Grade B (Extraction)	Drier, thinner, less oily — suitable for powder or extract use
Moisture content: Grade A (25–35%), Grade B (15–25%)
Vanillin content: Typically ≥1.5% (Grade A)
