Inside Our Processing Facilities

Spices

Our spice processing facility is designed to retain the natural aroma, flavor, and purity of Ceylon spices. Using advanced European machinery and rigorous in-house quality controls, we ensure that every batch meets international organic standards and food safety regulations.

  • 20,000 sq. ft. FSSC 22000-certified factory

  • Semi-automatic nutmeg processing line

  • European spice cleaning equipment

  • Final product passes through magnets and metal detectors

  • In-house laboratory tests: volatile oil, water activity, moisture, density

  • 20MT/day drying capacity for fresh organic materials

Coconut Products

Our coconut processing facility is purpose-built for hygiene and efficiency, ensuring cold-pressed oils and coconut milk retain their nutrients and taste. Each step, from extraction to packaging, is designed with food safety and product purity in mind.

  • BRC-certified with clearly separated wet and dry areas

  • Centrifuged and evaporated virgin coconut oil (OVCO) process

  • Retort technology prevents defects in coconut milk

  • Stainless steel contact surfaces throughout

  • Fully automated filling lines

  • Onsite lab monitors pH, moisture, and other key parameters

Tea

Our ISO-certified tea facility focuses on producing organic green and black teas with full traceability. We use steam-based drying methods and modern sorting technology to deliver high-quality brews with minimal human contact.

  • 12,000 sq. ft. ISO 22000-certified tea factory

  • 5,000 kg fresh leaf intake per day

  • Separate lines for green and black tea

  • Color sorters ensure consistency and visual appeal

  • Steam boiler-based drying system for gentle processing

Dehydrated Fruits

Our dehydration line preserves the nutritional value and flavour of tropical fruits through controlled drying and hygienic handling. Final products are safely packed with minimal exposure to air or contaminants.

  • Controlled drying with strict moisture/water activity testing

  • Nitrogen-flushed retail packing for shelf-life extension

  • Post-packing metal detection

  • Air-conditioned, sanitized production environment
