Another key project we have organized is the annual dry rations distribution among underprivileged families in the surrounding area. More than 150 families are benefited by this program every year and it has been an immense relief for these families with low income levels.

Limited access to health care and lack of basic health care facilities is a common situation among villages in Sri Lanka. After identifying this issue we decided to organize a free health camp for the employees and citizens living nearby. Healthcare professionals attend to conduct health check- ups and consultation on non -communicable diseases such as diabetes, high Blood pressure, strokes and chronic kidney disease.

As a fair trade certified company we are bound to support farmers’ welfare as they are the driving force of our supply chain. We make sure that the fair trade premium paid by us is utilized effectively for the betterment of the farming communities. Distribution of agricultural equipment, distribution of Planting materials and seeds, provision of financial assistance for self -employment opportunities farmer family members, providing infrastructure facilities, renovation of roads, bridges and, Establishing water projects in farmer villages are some of the projects we have launched so far.
